This is a classy place and was great for our staycation night before the Seahawks game. Easy to walk to the waterfront, pioneer square and pike street market. They were very gracious and accommodated our room request after a reservation mix-up, even texting a few minutes later

In February 2018, I took a group of women to Seattle for my 50th birthday, renting two rooms (one a large suite) to the Alexis and was extremely disappointed. Not only did I post a scathing review, I also sent this review to the GM, Tom. Not only did he respond to the

We had a generally good experience at the Alexis Hotel during our recent stay. The hotel is in general a little tired and dated, but I believe they are gradually renovating it, so maybe it will be better in the near future. The service was friendly and had personal touches,

Hotel was historic the room was spacious. But the staff at the front desk treated me like I was an idiot or surprised I had questions. Bellhop was pleasant. The Bar was excellent. Room needed a better clean per the avalanche of goldfish crackers and crayons that fell out of the

We’re locals and decided to try to book a last minute room downtown to ring in the new year with our large dog in tow. The premier suite at Kimpton Alexis came through for us in every way. At this property at least, Kimpton has stayed true to the boutique hotel concept—the place

What are your fitness facilities? How many elliptical trainers?
I would love to tell you that but the hotel staff at check in never even mentioned the workout room or bothered to tell us where everything was. I do not recommend staying here.

Hi there! The thermostats do go below 68 degrees, but can get a little tricky if it is extra cold outside. There have been times when the A/C locks up when it is blowing extra cold air and it is really cold outside. (the equipment on the roof runs the main system). That being said, you can always request a room in the South tower of the building where all of the windows open. Lots of people prefer this option anyway so that they can have a cool room and get some fresh air as well.

Is there on-site parking for this hotel?
There is valet parking here at the hotel - with tax it is $52.51 per night. We do offer a few other options - there is an open lot behind the hotel off of Western Ave that charges $38 per day. This is great if you are planning on leaving the vehicle parked. The valet is a better option if you will be taking the car in and out during your visit. Hope this helps!
