The staff was extremely friendly and helpful upon check-in. My room was gorgeous and came with a giant tv, nespresso machine, and an extremely comfortable bed. Housekeeping did an awesome job every day as well. Their complimentary toiletries were actually really awesome, I'll be buying some of them! The location was a one minute walk to the convention center, and...

The web site have given the impression of a more quaint local feeling, but it is actually somewhat drab. They say they are going to do a makeover (and change the name to Theodore) which may change things. Room furnishings were a little awkward in that there is no desk or place to sit comfortably. Bathroom a little cramped without...

We will be taking the winter season to further decorate the rooms to fit the more residential look and design you see on-line. The completion of our renovation is due mid 2017...

They were working on the hotel while we stayed there 3 nights, we were awoken every morning at 8am from construction they were doing. would have been nice to know that before we drove 7 hours to stay there, also ordered the room off of expedia and it said our room had a jacuzzi tub, there was no jacuzzi tub.

Check-in person wasn't friendly, kept her head down while punching keys, didn't say anything. Handed our room cards and sent us on our way. We got to our room and it was the smallest, cramped room that we ever stayed in (and we have seen some small rooms before). Checked out and we were overcharged for the car valet service...

This is a lovely hotel to which we hope to return. It is in the process of redecoration and renovation which did not really affect our stay. The hotel is handy for shopping and sightseeing and we found it only a short journey from Victoria Clipper. We had a large room which was tastefully and interestingly decorated. It contained a...

The size of the rooms is very nice, much larger than an average hotel room. Very quiet, super comfortable beds. The complimentary bottle of wine was a very nice touch and got our weekend off to a great start.

Our first "deluxe" room had only a bed, 2 night tables and a small closet, not even a chair to sit down on. That may be ok for college kids but not adults. They did upgrade us at no charge, but if there was not availability we would have left.

Room itself was small, but very inviting. The armoire was sort of jammed in a corner, which made it inconvenient to get to clothes hanging. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The bed was comfortable and very clean room.
