Great location - we went to a show at The Paramount and it was a quick walk from the hotel. Our room was perfect. Super comfortable bed. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved being able to text valet when we needed the car. Valet staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Didn't take advantage of...

Unique ambiance and great downtown location. Hotel staff were so friendly and the nightly Happy Hours was an added bonus! The rooms were a bit snug, but for a short stay but all that we needed! Staff was very helpful with local recommendations.

Hey there Elizabeth! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your story with us and the TripAdvisor community. We loved having you and were so pleased to read your kind words around your recent experience. Love that our personality and amenities outweighed our snug rooms. We know our rooms, baths and elevators are tiny. This...

The room was very clean but just too small to have two full size beds in it. The bathroom was also very small, only having a showe stall, no bathtub. Excellent place to stay of you don't plan on being in the room very much

The hotel is located in downtown which allows you to reach by walking distance different points of interest. Being on business trip, I appreciated the location the most as it was only a few minutes walk from the office. The second nice point is the staff - young, friendly, dynamic, willing to help. The reception has a particular charm in...

We LOVED the Hotel Max. I took my fiancé to Seattle for his birthday. I had never been there so I didn't know anywhere to stay. After reading the reviews of the hotel I decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked into the hotel I knew I made the right choice. Everybody was helpful and just...

First, if you have to be in Federal Court in Seattle it wouldn't matter what the hotel was like... It is across the street. You have to be there. But, you'd want to stay there anyway. The rates are very reasonable. The place is exciting, eclectic, and fun. The staff want you to be there. The kind and willing service...

My brief overnight stay in Seattle was enjoyable due in large part to the comfortable room friendly staff, and ideal location of Hotel Max. The decor in this cool old building is an eclectic mix of pop art, photography and rock memorabilia. Lots to look at.

I don't know why a person would stay anywhere else! Location is perfect. Immaculate, cheery rooms with all amenities. Small, but everything so well-arranged and practical. But best of all is the fantastic staff! Every single person was 100% friendly, pleasant, polite, helpful and kind. Always someone to greet you with a smile. Thank you for making my visit to...

This place is great, decorated in a time gone by. Kinda art deco but with service second to none. Theme is from an era gone by and I kinda like that. Nice aside from the norm. Staff were on top of things and would stay here again!!
