This was a great, fun vibey place. As a musician, I loved the decor and the fact that I had a turntable in my room and I was on the Sub Pop floor. The drum artwork in the lobby was so cool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a corner room...everything was very clean. Room is small but was...

I was a bit weary that it was going to be a hipster, overly pretentious hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small but really, if you're going to be out all day and just need a place to sleep, this hotel is perfect. Reasonable prices and there is the bonus of getting beer in the lobby, between 5:30-6:30pm....

Hey there sak1981! Thanks so much for staying and for taking a moment to share your story with us. Truly happy to hear that while we can be perceived as hipster that our team and the genuine service provided squashed that view. Also, loved that you found our location and craft beer hour to be added benefits to your experience...

Hotel Max is located perfectly for exploring Seattle. It has fun art and great beer at their afternoon reception. You get some street noise at night (sirens), but ear plugs are provided. Located near the South Lake Union Transit, which is a fun way to get to Lake Union.

From to Check in to the Check out, all the persons were nice and present. A special mention for the desk with a real sympathic and french speaking person. The room was nice and the only negative thing is perhaps the size of the bathroom. The happy hour on the afternoon is a nice attention. To conclude, a really well...

The staff at the MAX is by far the most friendly and helpful I have met within the USA ! The place is quite unusual in that it makes you feel more among friends than as an unknown hotel guest. My only sugestión would be to improve the bathroom in order for having more place for our women make-up stuff...

Excellent service but my room was a little small and the toilet located in a different room than the shower. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always trying to accommodate your request. Parking is not included and very pricey. The restaurant offers excellent food however a little pricey
