The location of this hotel was so convenient, right in the center of downtown Seattle. We had such a great experience and interaction with all the members of staff at the hotel and they made our stay so enjoyable.

Traveled to Seattle for a concert at the Paramount Theater. Close to venue, downtown, mall, and restaurants. We even walked to the Space Needle and Pike's Market from the hotel. My husband and I were looking for a non-traditional hotel and Hotel Max is very hip and trendy. We were very pleased. There was a nightly happy hour in the... More

My second stay in this gem of hotel. Has everything you need for a fully immersive music/cultural Seattle experience. You like vinyls? They borrow you a turntable. Like beer? They have free beer in evenings. Restaurant next door offers out of this world menu. Perfect.

From the free beer when we got there to it every night, it was awesome. The location was highly walkable to all major attractions and even the Seahawks game we were visiting for. I would definitely consider this property again for a future stay.

Valet service was awful-had to call for someone to come out when we arrived, then in the morning they forgot about us as we waited in lobby for about 15 mins before I had to ask front desk if they were coming.

Good value hotel in great location, quirky and a great experience. Staff are awesome and do anything to make your stay better. Old hotel, small rooms but the staff make the hotel, and the location is central and walking distance to everything. Stay here and save the dollars off the more expensive hotels with less personality

A real Seattle gem: Rock & Roll soundtrack; craft beer happy hour; funky hipster clientele; cool whisky bar; comfortable speak easy lobby area; walk to Pike Market. Why would you stay at a generic "brand" hotel when you can stay here?

My stay at Hotel Max was absolutely perfect and I'm looking forward to a future return visit. Every feature at Hotel Max was excellent especially the service. Special mention must go to Jaymie at the front desk. She was a mastermind that appeared to have magical powers by the way she promptly and accurately managed all questions and requests.

The rooms are in dire need of updating. The windows have no noise insulation. The first room I was in was impossible to sleep in because of the garbage truck noises all night. The second room was better but was cold as the windows let in a draft. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They went above and beyond... More
