This is an economy hotel in expensive Seattle. We took a room with no view, except a view of a public parking lot with fees or $5 overnight or weekends. We paid $18.30 to pay in the hotel parking lot. Drive around back and save!

We have stayed here in the past, and each time the price goes up, the quality goes down, and we leave more disappointed. This property is so old and run down. I'm sure the shower stall is the original one when built. I only stay as it is close to the medical appointments I have. Parking used to be free,...

Chose this hotel because its close to the Space Needle and Pier 69 where Clipper ferry is located going to Victoria. Rooms were ok, Fridge is upon request only per front desk. Overall, service was good, complimentary breakfast is included and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very old hotel. Hallways and foyer quite dingy. Hotel in desperate need of a face lift...dated and tired decor. Bathroom had broken tiles and many stains but functional. Beds were fabulous. If they updated it, they'd have a winner.

I was amazed that this property seems to not have been upgraded since 1960. Rusted plumbing, pealing wallpaper, inadequate power outlets, the shower was a dripping faucet. Need I say more?

The title basically says it all but you're a few minutes' walk from the space needle, EMP museum, and monorail station. Zak checked us in the night of Oct 29th and was super helpful in giving us maps and recommendations on what to do during our visit. The room was pretty spacious for two of us, even with a king...

Great location and secure - the safe in the room was much appreciated. Stayed at a Doubletree and it didn't have a safe, which wasn't exactly reassuring. Breakfast was a bonus
