We traveled to Seattle for a different experience for Thanksgiving and enjoyed it immensely. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Belltown, shopping, restaurants, AMC Theater, the Space Needle (20 mins), and the monorail to the Space Needle if its not. The hotel is located close to public transportation. The hotel staff was extremely...

We flew into Seattle to watch the seahawks play. The location is perfect... close to great shopping, fantastic restaurants, and not a bad walk to pioneer square. The stay were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The beds were very comfortable, especially the pillows. The room was very neat and tidy when we got there. The service was excellent. The locations was also very great because we were near a lot of things.

The hotel was midpoint of all the places we wanted to visit. The concierge staff is very friendly and informative. If they were unavailable, the front desk helped us with local restaurant suggestions. Icon Grill across the street is opened late, since it was holiday season the restaurant had beautiful Christmas decorations - so it made our trip very special....

I called the front desk before checking out regarding both of these issues. They said they would take care of both charges, but neither did. I had to dispute...
