Very nice hotel. The woodwork in the lobby is incredible. The rooms look like they were recently renovated, as claasic chic (did i spell that correctly?). While our room was not large, it was well designed and cozy. Our bed was very comfortable and the robes were a nice addition. We enjoyed sitting downstairs in front of the gorgeous fireplace...

Close to everything, charming, classic, modern, elegant, w/achievement of service excellence. My go-to for every visit to Seattle. Expect a great experience with easy access (assuming you enjoy a nice walk) to everything the city has to offer. Make sure to pay attention to the mat in the hotel elevator each day - they've never missed a day.

This is the kind of hotel that ruins you for others. It's an old hotel that has clearly been lovingly cared for with a great bar restaurant and Great Room(?) that has a wine tasting every evening from 5-6. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are AMAZING. The rooms are all equipped with their own coffee presses which...

Always stay here when I am in Seattle, amazing beds, the hunt club down stairs makes the best bloody Mary to go with your burger. The staff is always friendly, rooms are amazing, I recommend the jr suite if spending more than 1 night

We chose the Hotel Sorrento to host our wedding block. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. Even thought we didn't host our wedding there, they went over and above to accommodate us. When unexpectedly cold and rainy weather threatened our outdoor wedding pictures, they opened the penthouse suite for us no questions asked. Our friends and family...

The customer service was excellent and the rooms are charming. The building is old and they have done a good job making the rooms charming and befitting a boutique hotel. There was some wear and tear in the room and bathroom but very happy with the comfort of the bed, sheets etc... I was thrilled that the valet knew my...

From the minute the car pulled up outside, I felt we were in for a treat. It is not a place for minimalist loving, clean lines types but if you want old world grandeur & a cosy, shut out the world, maybe even a club feel then this is the spot. Great staff, good food, very comfortable ensuite bedroom. It...

My husband and I stayed here for a quick get away and found the atmosphere charming and staff very friendly. However, the floors are very squeaky that you walk on and above you. Also the windows are paper thin. You could hear street noise, homeless people yelling and construction all hours of the night. Neither of us slept well!

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We're pleased that you found our hotel charming and the staff friendly, but are very sorry to hear that the street noise affected your stay. A historic building in an urban location makes for some challenges with buffering noise. We sincerely hope that you'll stay with us again future and we'll work...

We just spent four days at the Sorrento Hotel in Seattle - charming traditional atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable accommodations...The rooms have high ceilings and tall windows, they're carefully and comfortably appointed. A totally satisfactory stay.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for one night. The room is really well appointed; sitting area with couch tv and nice stand with some reading. Room and bathroom were also well done with good products in the bathroom. Highlights were the bar downstairs - bar man on evening of feb6 was great, the fireside room to unwind in and...
