I stayed here for two nights for business. This hotel is ridiculously close to everything downtown - just a couple blocks from the water/Pike Place market and right across the freeway from a large selection of cool restaurants and bars on Pike and Pine. The rooms themselves are not super luxury but are more than adequate and fairly standard for...

Beautiful hotel. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Room was very tidy. The hotel was very close to Pike Place Market (only a 5-8 minute walk). No qualms with the service given at this hotel. I would recommend to friends and family and book here again!

The hotel and service were great. The pool however is not really "heated". It should be about 85 degrees. I got in with my two kids and between the cold water and the air conditioning blowing (it was 50 outside) it was cold cold cold. We have a pool at home and if I had to guess the water was...

I had an enjoyable time in downtown Seattle. The Sheraton had a delightful Harry Potter gingerbread set up in the lobby as well. Would definitely recommend Sheraton as a place to stay while in Seattle, I certainly will.

Thank you for your recommendation. I'm glad you were here to see the magnificent gingerbreads created by our talented culinary team. They are on display the entire month of December. Thanks again for the review.

Seattle is a great walking town. This property can't be topped for location in downtown Seattle, a short hop to Pike's Peak and if you are a walker, doable through Belltown and the Space Needle in one direction or the baseball and football stadiums or International District in the other direction. Nice rooms, nice service. We were upgraded.

Thank you for the recommendation. It sounds like you were able to get out and really explore the city. We are centrally located to just about everything a visitor would want to see. If it isn't in walking distance, it will be a short bus ride away. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Great stay! The staff was amazing, even when dealing with our grumpy, exhausted selves! The hotel even had a Harry Potter Gingerbread man exhibit on display. We all turned into kids again! The hotel is very nice and the room was lovely. We slept like babies.

Only stayed one night and was less than impressed. Checkin was not so easy as there were 2 people in line and even as Platinum member it was way longer than anywhere else I stay. Arrived around 11 a.m. and normally a room is avail with my status but not so much this time. I was able to go to...

jongoodman - appreciate the feedback with your latest stay. I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations with the club lounge and with your early arrival. typically we have good success with getting guests into rooms early. If it happens to be a specific type of room then it very well could be a slight delay. I would...

The Executive lounge was great. Love the bar, but the room was a little dated. The lighting in the room felt dark and the furnishings dated. The lobby is expansive and the service prompt. The swimming pool is definitely an asset.

My favorite location on trips to Seattle. Always a consistent quality and very good location. If you come mid week you can find some pretty good deals too. Great hotel in the downtown close to all the shopping.
