Our family of four stayed at the Seattle Renaissance for a two day vacation. We'd reserved our room on-line using hotel points. After long flights, we arrived at the hotel to discover we'd been put in a room with one king-sized bed. There were no other rooms available so they brought us a twin sized rollaway. Our family of four...

Thank you so much for the opportunity to have you stay with us and your feedback. I am sorry we did not have the room available you were looking for. While we try to very hard to accommodate as many people as possible in a specific room type this is not always possible. I am truly sorry that we did...

This hotel was very nicely located in downtown and was walking distance to most areas of interest. Requested a quieter room and the person checking us in took his time to ensure we got the most quiet available at that time. Our room was very comfortable and was exactly what we asked for. The only noise heard was earlier in...

The Location Was Great, but the insulation from the windows was horrible, We could hear the Highway traffic, EVEN AT 2 AM, The noise was still bad. IT Is disappointing for a 4 star Hotel, I would expect this from anything of a lower category. Would not stay here again

Thank you so much for staying with us and your review. I am very sorry that you had problems with the traffic noise.I see that you stayed with us in March of this year. Since than more than 60 % of all the guest room windows on the highway side have been replaced and the rest will be done this...

Stayed for one night on a girls trip. Great location. We stayed 4 people in the room and it didn't feel too cramped. Room was clean and modern as expected for this level of hotel. Had access to executive lounge, which was fully stocked with waters, drinks. It also had snacks during the day and desserts at night and had...

Stayed here for a night in July. The room (mini suite) was very nice and the views of Seattle and Puget Sound from the 22nd floor were phenomenal. Our concierge was also extremely helpful in helping us check an item for a friend to pick-up in several days. The location is very convenient to Pikes Market and the rest of...

I stayed with my husband in the Renaissance Seattle Hotel from July 24 until the 28 as part of my 40th birthday trip. The hotel is located in downtown and within walking distance of mayor stores, the Underground Tour and Pike Market. The hotel has 28 floors, our room was comfortable, bed is comfy and bathroom is on the small...

Stayed here recently for a conference. Got a good deal by using Priceline and rolling the dice. The location is good for downtown Seattle. It was a tad rugged experience, though. The rooms / beds are nice and the hotel (while a bit dated) is fine. The $42 / day parking caught me a bit off-guard, though. Downtown parking in...

Thank you so much for staying with us and your comments. Parking is expensive in Seattle and I can assure that we are sensitive to the situation and do not charge more than other full service hotels in the area. I am very sorry if you felt the staff had an off day. We should never give that impression of...

I am a Marriott Platinum, and appreciate the fine hotels that the Renaissance brand offers around the country. Our recent stay at the Seattle Renaissance, however, was very disappointing. I won't say it is an awful hotel, and I recognize many others have and will in the future experience an enjoyable stay. To some degree it depends on what is...

Thank you for the opportunity to have you stay with us during your vacation. I have shared your survey with the Operations team and we will use this as a training opportunity. The reason that we, as most Seattle garages on a one way street, drive on the left side is to avoid having to cross path upon entry or...

Thank you so much for your business and your great review. We are indeed the perfect location when visiting Seattle University. I have stayed in two Renaissance hotels in the last month, they were both great. Front desk staff kind and helpful. Extremely easy check-in and check-out. Nice buffet breakfast in the morning at Maxwell's on the 2nd floor. Clean and quiet, no slamming doors all night long! I would book a room here, if you are departing for Alaska on...
