I love this hotel! The customer service is amazing. I attended the wine reception and the young man, Spencer Winslow, who ran the reception was extremely helpful. He was pleasant and provided great insight into local venues and entertainment. He made our experience wonderful!

Stayed during the week. Easy to find. Room was a little spartan, but was clean and had all the essentials. The hotel is in the midst of renovation, not a problem, but an indication they take their place seriously. With any expected upgrades, this is a very good hotel indeed.

We are taking a cruise and 1 person in our party of 4 smokes. Where can he go to smoke near the hotel?
There is an alley just to the right of the front door, next to the barber shop. Everyone goes there to smoke.
