This is a terrible place to stay, our rate was 120.00 totally not worth it. It's old and worn out... With some renovation could be wonderful as it is near all the sites. The picture shown is not what you get. It is a fire trap, electrical cords all around because only one outlet works.fan in bath is loud and is...

Very old and dated. No frills. Take your blow dryer. Iron available at front desk, no ironing board. No parking available. Paid $34 a day one block away so add this to your cost. The bathroom light in our first room did not work. We were reassigned a new room where bedside lamp did not work. WiFi only available in...

Located in downtown, short walk from Pike Place, Westlake, I-5 Seneca exit, and light rail, the hotel is very nicely priced. Some things are a bit old and tired, but my 9th floor room was spacious quiet and clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and the fixtures worked as they were supposed to...

The ad showed a beautiful lobby and common areas. I booked the hotel and was shocked!! The photos were actually from the W. What a scam! While the location is good, everything else was a joke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The good news first: I found the staff to be helpful. They did the best they could with the incredibly limited resources the owners allowed them to have. When I checked out the following morning, the desk clerk brought out my luggage and loaded it into my trunk for me because I use a cane. The rest of the story:...

From reading previous reviews of Hotel Seattle, I was prepared for the worst. When arriving into the lobby it does seem as bad as described. Dark, musky, tired: it wasn't pleasant. The staff however were very friendly and provided maps and leaflets of the area and were accommodating. The lift rattles and seems very outdated, but it worked fine but...

This is a sad, tired old property, dating from 1928, and strictly for the not-too-fussy. First, a few good points: a pleasant, helpful desk staff; a great location in the heart of downtown Seattle (within a block of the Fairmount Olympic, W, and Monaco hotels, and half a block from the Downtown Transit Tunnel's University Station; four blocks from Pike...

Called the desk clerk and asked about parking,,,.he said "we don't have parking that we had to find it ourselves and rattled off...

Hotel is VERY convenient to Public Market. Carpet was filthy. No air conditioning on a very warm day. Front desk gave us one 8" circular fan which doubled as a hair dryer (since there wasn't one). Because of the heat, we slept with the window open. Birds were VERY loud for the first 2 hours that we attempted to sleep....
