Located about 1.3 km from train station. Hotel rooms look new & well furnished. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very limited range. For lunch / dinner you walk to the Provins center, about 300-400 m & there are a choice of Restaurants. There is one Indian restaurant Taj Mahal was OK.

Nice neat small (only 27 rooms in total) design hotel, 10 min walk to the downtown and 10 min walk from the railway station. Our room had a view on the Cesar Tower. Excellent bedding, air conditioning, hair dryer in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers and an electric kettle with tea, coffee and sugar supply. Helpful staff. It is probably a...

We just returned from an overnight stay in this hotel, and it really was the highlight of the trip. We had a superior room which was spacious with a large queen size bed. Television, clean, tea making facilities, modern equipment, quiet at night, friendly concierge staff. Only point to mention is that the glass walls of the bathroom are actually...

Excellent staff! They had keys ready on arrival, as all hotels should do. The room was compact and perfectly adequate with a chic, modern flair. The bed was very comfortable and had all non-feather pillows...allergy sufferers thank you! There were power outlets at each nightstand--excellent for charging phones and devices at bedside! There was no mini-refrigerator in the room. The...

As an overnight stop on the way back to the UK from Cahors this was a gem. The hotel was small (and so was the room) but comfortable and quiet. It was at the reasonable end of the price spectrum, though it's always annoying to stung 10+ euros per person for a self service buffet breakfast - they did have...

We stayed in Provins basically by coincidence as it appeared well in the road from home to the southwest of France. The hotel is well located and has a parking further up. Just park on the public one, no need to pay. The welcome was good and very helpful. We had the family room, two rooms and bathrooms. Price quality...

When we showed up at this the hotel the front desk seemed to know who we were before we spoke. They change our room to accommodate our family better. We had adjoining rooms, that were clean and modern. Of all the places we stayed during our trip this was the only one with out a refrigerator. It was our last...

Incredible find in the historic village of Provins Completely updated in 2012, with all modern hi tech amenities. One hour from Paris with plenty of sightseeing in the neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, clean modern design. We got a really nice room with a terrace for around $140 a night. The staff was very helpful.good soundproofing. Highly recommend

Considering the price spent, I would have expected a better service. The reception was lacking of basic information, even on the content of the package we bought. The wifi was really poor: impossible to watch a video on youtube!. The breakfast was even poorer: no cereals, no low-fat products, plenty of rotten fruits... I am really quite disappointed

I have been one night in this hotel, in the superior room, and its just average. A good bed, but small room, good clim, and average bathroom. Have just 1 or 3 people in the staff. Breakfast (normal or express....diference about 3 euros ..and the difference is just cheese and a couple of other things..).Localization is not so near, and...
