Ok i really don't get it why there are no 5 star ratings for this hotel. The hotel is 3 stars only but it provides like a 5 star one. The rooms are tidy, clean and mid sized. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great, like you have cooked it at home. Its located in a...

A very simple hotel that looks like just a hostel and nothing more . The food was simply just accepted . The rooms are old and only the bathrooms are new . There was not even hairdrier in the bathroom . The heating was bad as it was quite cold . The staff just was there . They didn't accept...

I was invited to speak at the local university in Zlin and they booked this hotel on my behalf. It was absolutely fine for a short stay. There were a few minor issues: no room safe, sheets were threadbare/very thin, and doors did not lock automatically (you had to lock them with the key when leaving the room and when...

This hotel is a good choice for a short stay on a business trip or if you travel on a sport event (there are sport hall and ice hockey stadium just few steps from the hotel, you can aslo get to a center after 10 min. walk) - the hotel could be a good choice for sport teams and their...

I travelled to Zlin for business, needed a rather cheap hotel in the area where Hotel Garni is situated. I booked the room online (with the help of google translate, because the website is only in Czech!), but I've got the confirmation over email in less than 5 minutes, which was a good thing. The hotel is still very much...

The hotel is situed close to the iceskater and i've booked for this reason, there was a Chris Norman' concert i've visited. The hotel seems to be built before the 90'th years for some business reasons, but it's still well preserved. There it is nothing extraordinary to compliment and nothing to complain about, it's only an OK hotel, maybe a...

The hotel is located a bit far away from the town centre. Big rooms, equipped with the very basics. The lowest expectations you have about this hotel, the better.

I've been here twice and at first I was a little dismayed. It is not pretty or even attractive, but rather the older Eastern Block style, and smokers reign in this country in many places and this wasn't any exception. But most (if not all) of the front desk people speak English, there is an ATM across the driveway, and...

“I think they are all much of a muchness - rooms with TV cost a little extra but the TVs are ancient and I doubt they get English language channels so I wouldn't bother with that.”

“I always have asked for a quiet room at the end of the hallway - the first one was on the first floor and the second one was on the second floor (top floor - and both times they were nice and quiet. They were also at different ends of the building and still good, although the disco noise came from the corridor to the right.”
