The hotel is in a beautiful spot at the start of town, overlooking the marina. There were big rooms which were surprisingly quiet and the staff were very friendly. But the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows much the same. Glad we did not stay more than one night as the neck pain had already kicked in.

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Wish we could of spent more time here but we had only come up for the night. The breakfast hostess and Housekeeping Manager were also very friendly and everyone acknowledged you as soon as they saw you.

I can definitely tell you that a room with a view of the Harbor can give you some beautiful views of the harbor, especially at sunrise. You can also watch otters playing the harbor and see fishing vessels and pleasure craft coming and going. There was a $27 difference for the Harbor view versus the Mountain View, and I consider... The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was extremely well organized and clean. It was very quiet for sleeping. The breakfast had such a nice variety of food and all was delicious. How fun to see the pancakes roll out of the machine as one pushed a button! There was a great selection of juices, tea, coffee, and... More

Very large King room with a pull-out couch, desk, frig, TV, and loads of space. Good extensive breakfast with many choices. Very clean rooms and common space. Not downtown but backs to the harbor where you can walk right out and see sea otters and jellyfish.

The best feature of this hotel, by far, is its location right on the water in Seward, where you can watch the adorable sea otters playing in the harbor. The hotel itself, though, is run down, with dirty old carpets and a smelly elevator -- the elevator had a sharp rank smell of body odor, very overpowering, both days I... More

This hotel is at the sea side.It is not a new hotel, but it is in very good condition. The rooms are big and clean.Beds are not very comfortable.Breakfast is rich enough. The positive of the hotel is the perfect view. From the front rooms you see the harbor and the mountains covered with snow.Unforgetable picture.

My 7 year old son and I can't down for the weekend. It's off season so we are paying far less than what the summer tourist do. That made my weekend, but the staff here had been friendly and helpful room is nice and clean. About the quality of a middle of the range hotel, not the Ritz. Note the... More

This was a great hotel in Seward. Centrally located and the harbor view rooms are beautiful. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and local cafes. Breakfast was perfect and loved that it ended at 10:00am. The woman that takes care of the breakfast setup is an absolute sweetheart (forgot her name). She enjoys what she does and loves interacting with guests.... More

We stayed in a Harbor View room with balcony. The room was clean and comfy. The view from the balcony was picturesque you could sit there and watch boats and wildlife all day. Breakfast is good, and variety for all tastes. We will stay here every time we visit.
