Mike and Marsha turn a place to spend the night into a gastronomical experience. We were drawn to their house after reviews commended them on being super helpful, the rooms extremely clean, and every amenity considered. They are also conveniently located across from the library/museum...More
We have stayed the last two nights at the Sunshine House. We are sorry to leave but have to board our cruise today.

You can easily catch a cab from the bus stop in front of the marina, or you can catch the free shuttle bus for the 15 minute ride to downtown Seward, and walk the two blocks to Sunshine. We chose the cab and it was about a $7 ride--with bags that made more sense to us. Reverse the process if you are catching a bus or cruise ship to depart Seward.
