I can agree with a previous reviewer about the birds in the morning and the lack of A/C in the bedroom, but we enjoyed the place for our two day stay none the less. I slept on the futon in the living room and enjoyed nice A/C, and the wife likes it hot so win win! The view was excellent...

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a stunning view of the ocean. This condo is fully furnished, and I mean with everything, from wi-fi, cable, all appliances to dish detergent, zip lock bags, coffee filters and laundry soap. It is modern, quiet, and because of its location on the ocean, the breeze rushes through removing any...

We recently spent a week in this lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo and we're extremely happy that we had selected this for our stay. The unit had recently been remodeled and the furnishings and artwork were wonderful and have a lovely tropical feel. It is a corner unit, with the lanai about 30 feet from the surf crashing on the...

My husband and I stayed in Unit B37 for 5 nights. While the condo provided the necessities we needed to cook a few breakfasts, sleep and shower, it definitely could use some sprucing up. A placard on the door step asks that you remove your shoes - what for you end up with dirty feet as the floors are not...

The complex is somewhat rundown. Unit b27 is very shabby. Looks like it is poorly maintained and very dated. The beach is beautiful. Location is good. Wouldn't stay here again. Not a good value for the money.

Very friendly! Helpful staff. Brandon was very helpful before arriving and Tiere was SO helpful with all kinds of info at check in. We borrowed beach chairs for a few days. Could have borrowed boogie boards and snorkel gear if we wanted. All visitors we met were so nice and friendly. Nice BBQ area outside that we used twice. Refreshing...

We booked a weeks stay at the Kona Reef and will never return! Our plane arrived late so were unable to check in until after office hours. We called the manager and were told our room was#D1 and were given a code for the lock box on the door. There was no light in the hallway so took us about...

We chose Kona Reef mainly because of the (mostly) enthusiastic reviews on tripadvisor and we were very happy with our choice. We arranged our stay through a travel agent. The condo was quiet, attractively furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were on the third floor (C21) but, because of the slope down to the ocean, we actually...
