The best part of this hotel was Pia. Pia was the desk clerk that checked us in. Having stayed at three hotels in Hawaii the friendliest and most helpful. Everyone else to just be doing their job not welcoming or friendly. Pia on the other hand greeted us with a smile as friendly and accommodating. Overall the hotel seems a...

We had a one night stay here in room 572. Great checkin - the front desk lady took her time to explain all the facilities and ensured we knew how to find our room. Slightly dated hotel but clean and comfortable. Strange sliding doors for bathroom but apart from this fairly standard layout. Weather was not kind so didn't have...

This is a very clean hotel and the staff is helpful. The location was very good, with several restaurants within walking distance. Our partial ocean view room actually faced the main entry side of the hotel, and the street. If you sit at a 45 degree angle on the balcony, you can see the waves come in to the bay,...

Very nice hotel in a good location and good price. Service staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a bit expensive but there are other options nearby. The luau at the hotel was wonderful. Entertaining and the Kahlua pig and turkey were delicious.

Beautiful hotel, staff very helpful. I didn't rate it a 5 because, they charged us extra for a roll out bed and they didn't tell us we would be charged, and me and my friends stayed at the hotel because of the color run event and we wanted to be able to shower after. But we had asked for a...

My first impression walking in was the lobby was massive, and a bit confusing as to where the front desk was, there were desks to the right for booking activities, and then the desks to the left were to check in and no one really directs you when you come in. The check in process was very efficient. As someone...

Stayed here for only one night. Great room. Great hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. Good water pressure and excellent sleep quality. We knew there were people in the rooms around us, but we were not disturbed by them. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within a couple of blocks. Parking fee is $14/night, with...

Gorgeous view, nice room, perfect location (walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions). My only "complaints" were that the front desk staff didn't explain the lay out very well so I just wandered and got my bearings (they did tell me where to park in relation to my room, and that was helpful!)- and the A/C made some odd...

Nice beach, clean rooms, very nice location. WAY!!!! More relaxing then the Hilton Waikoloa. The rooms are smaller though. It is just an easy, central location for your Hawaiian vacation if you like exploring, it is the nicest hotel to the best snorkeling spots! Overall, highly recommend.

Have read some of the negative reviews for this hotel & really don't agree with them at all. Especially the one about drinks being served in glass around the pool area; all drinks are served in hard plastic cups. Moving on! Hotel is situated right at the start of the Kailea strip, so easy walking access to restaurants, bars, booking...
