I just stayed here last week. The location is so beautiful and quiet. The hotel is showing it's age but is still a great property. If you have small children the pool is perfect max four feet deep, kids slide, water fountain jets in the infant area. For me I was bored with the pool experience. I wasn't worried because I...

This was such an amazing place. Clean. Quiet. Relaxing. We went for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend it and will also be returning later on. Thanks!

This is a large, architecturally interesting hotel on a point of lava that juts right out into the Pacific. The crashing of the surf (went in Feb) creates an ocean ambiance wherever you are -- you can often hear in your room. Some reviewers felt the architecture a bit "cold", but we enjoyed it -- some architect did a good...

We are return customers for a few reasons. This location is a 5 minute drive to one of the best snorkeling beaches, Kahalu'u Beach Park; the hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with large trees and colorful flowers; it's an easy jaunt to the grocery store to pick up supplies, to name a few. It was also very welcoming to be...

Nothing spectacular. Average hotel that is a bit tired. Not sure how they justify a "resort fee". Maybe for the towels? Probably worth it if you get a good deal. Likely there are much better places to stay.

Aloha, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We will begin our capital re-investment into the hotel which will target our guest rooms and high impact portions of the resort to bring more life and TLC to the resort. Our resort charge has an added value which includes wi-fi, daily in room bottled...

Missing the Outrigger Hotel at Keahou, we stayed at the Sheraton to be close to the water to snorkel and out of but close by to downtown Kona. The snorkeling to the north of the property was relatively easy to get to - there is a ladder that the resort's kayak and paddle board activities uses. Note that they pull...

Stayed with my wife, 5 yr old girl and 2 yr old girl. A group from a cruise ship got sick so they allowed them to check out later. As a result, our room was not available at 6pm when we arrived. They upgraded me to a pretty sweet first floor ocean view and I was in my room within...

We have been to Hawaii many times, and this was one of the best trips. A big thanks to the staff of the Sheraton Kona - from the time we arrived to the time we left, we felt like a valued customer. Pools at the hotel were excellent, the breakfast buffet was very good. We liked to walk the beautiful...

The accommodations were wonderful but staff was sub par. It took over a half an hour to check in (not enough staff and long line), we never got wait service when we were at the pool, and our room was not cleaned when it should have been. However, the room was nice, view was awesome, the pool and accommodations were...

Lovely lovely hotel grounds with rocky oceanfront. Room was a good size and equipped with all amenities that you would expect but bathroom definitely in need of an update as were hallways. We had an ocean view room but view was very marginal, and more garden and tennis court view than ocean so not sure I would recommend the extra...
