Great week on the Big Island. This condo had a great ocean view, and the sound of the waves blocked any noise from the road. Sunsets were wonderful, and I saw my first green flash. There was plenty of space for the two of us (we didn't even use the second bedroom), so this would be a good place for... More

Our stay at Banyon Tree #302 was lovely. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the process (before and during our stay), and that really made for a pleasuable experience. The kitchen was a delight, the condo itself was very clean and well attended to, pool area at the complex was somewhat small but quite satisfactory and not at all crowded,... More

This Condo was really a find. My wife and I recently spent 9 days there and enjoyed every minute if it. Sitting on the lanai in the mornings eating Hawaiian fruit and watching the surfers as well as the evening sunsets were very special times of the day. The condo was every bit as nice as shown on the web... More

We would like to thank Janice and Robert for allowing us to stay at their condo in Kona. The oceanfront location was SPECTACULAR and the evening sunsets were BREATHTAKING!!! We enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai and watching the surfers below. The condo was very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach equipment and was beautifully decorated with tropical... More

Thank you Janice for sharing your beautiful condo with us, we will never forget the views, the sound of the ocean at night, everything you could possibly need supplied. It was the perfect base for exploring The Big Island. I have a photo in my office (see below, my new happy place.)

I had the pleasure of staying with my family in this great unit from Jun 18-24 2013. I've gotta say it was AWESOME! Janice, the owner, has the unit stocked to the hilt with everything you could ever need, be it in the kitchen or on the beach. Pots, pans, spices, and everything else in a really nice kitchen. We enjoyed a full week at this condo with our family of 4, including our daughters, 8 and 11. Everything was just as described- very clean, air conditioned and stocked with many extra’s. At the Banyon Tree you will find the best views of the ocean from the west wall of windows. In the mornings, catch the surfers riding a morning wave. The unit overlooks one of the few spots for surfing on the whole west coast. This balcony is also ideal for viewing the last rays of sunshine as the sun sets... More
