When we arrived by a small bus in the parking lot behind the hotel we wondered what we were getting into. It did not look that impressive as we entered the back gate, went down some stairs to a very dark unimpressive lobby. However, when we got to our room it was very nice. It appeared to have been updated...

Hotel very dirty all over, breakfast very poor, bad smells all over and horrible service! The only positive points were the view of the restaurant terrace and the food, all the rest is tottally unadvisable!

- You don't have a good gps: the place is not easy to find - You have heavy luggage to carry: 3 flights of steps to get the hall + 1 more every two rooms in the floors For the rest: the rooms are huge and beds are of the best comfort, that's why we don't understand the ridiculous size...

The hotel is situated on top of a hill so it can be a right pain to access anywhere. But the hilltop means that you have the best view and conincidentally, the best traditional restaurant in town. The room is old-fashioned but good size. Breakfast is nothing special but the local yoghurt is very fresh and good. The balcony overlooks...

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, location far out from the city but with a great view of it. The side road which leads to it (about 800 m) is terrible and is only suitable for a SUV. Booked a junior sute which was a bit old-fashioned but quite functional and well equipped. There is a large outdoor pool but it...

Everything is OK. There are problems with the WiFi. The price is OK. Good breakfast. The main advantage is location - it's situated on a top of some hill, so that you can see the whole town while having the breakfast. Another advantage is the restaurant Bulgaran located nearby, where you can spend very good time. Recommend for friend groups...

It is not easy to find this hotel even though you can see it on the hill. You arrived by the parking in the back of the hotel and you have to go through a small door to find the location. The hotel is overlooking the city but there is nothing nice to look at. It is a hotel with...

Spent two nights here and wish it could have been longer. Had a very comfortable room and everything of a pretty high standard in a pleasantly understated style. Friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast - we didn't try the restaurant for other meals. It's on a hill overlooking the town but the walk into the centre is easy...

After staying in international hotels, it was nice to have a chance to experience a Bulgarian-style one at the Zorniza Hotel above the town. Not for those who have trouble with steps, but the unusual layout of the hotel had character, there is a lovely view from the terrace, a nice garden where you can sit, excellent food (proper home...
