This is just a fantastic hotel. Nothing flashy or brash, just friendly hospitality away from home. The place runs like a well oiled classic car (or motorbike). Nothing is left to chance. Everything is well thought out. For example we called ahead to give details...More

It's on the outskirts. We used to apres ski in the Hexenalm at the bottom of the lift. Typical Austrian ski sings and dancing with a good atmosphere. Then we would walk back to the Gansleit there's a track across the field takes about 5 minutes. If you want to go into the main town of Soll it takes about 5 minutes from the Gansleit but we only went out once after the evening meal because there's a good bar and the people staying at the hotel when we were there were good company. Depends on your age group really but it's a good hotel.
