I spent one week in August with my kids. In this nice hotel with friendly staff, very good food. The stuff tried to fulfill all my kids requests, especially the food requirements from my small son. Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool (only small disadvantage was bit colder water in pool). Rooms are good equipped and big with big...

Beautiful hotel, small rooms- typical for hotels in Austria and Europe that I have stayed at for ski trips. Breakfast and wifi included and were ok, bus outside takes you to ski areas, not a bad area to stay, a little far from the ski area ( about 30 minutes on the bus). I enjoyed my stay, did not use...

Because of a personal health situation I had to change my reservation in the last minute, and the owners of the hotel showed great flexibility and understanding, handling the situation in the client's best interest. There is no question where I will be booking my ski vacation next year!

This is a good but not a great hotel. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, but the dinners tend to be a bit hectic where the waiters/waitresses try to minimise the time for the 4-5 courses menu if you arrive around eight or later. Except for the spa that don't allow clothing (it's nudist only) after 16:30 everything was...

We spent 7 days at Hotel Alphof in February and it really was a wonderful experience. We were two families with 4 adults and 6 children from age 7 - 15 and everyone loved the friendly staff, great food and family feel to this cozy hotel. Throughout the stay we had a dedicated table for breakfast and dinner. The staff...

Nice hotel. Location wasn't great but there is a bus to get you into the centre. Rooms were great. The buffet breakfast was really excellent and I would recommend saving room for this! I would return to stay here again for sure. Just as long as they are still putting out the same breakfast spread!!

Nice hotel, but your pay for it. Bit out of the city centre, so not the best location. Great room with TV corner, which was nice. The couch was made of fake leather/kind of plastic, so was not confortable (bit sweaty)

Alphof is one of the best mountain hotel experiences we had in the last 10 years. This is thanks to the talented chef they have and the gourmet surprises you expect every evening (breakfast is superb too). The SPA is quite compact but has all you need (although i'd appreciate the swimming pool closer to the Saunas). Rooms are big...
