The room was clean and warm. The en suite was fine, but the room lacked a few minor details such as a hair dryer and tea making facilities. Personally I didn't miss having a TV that could get English stations, but I'm guessing others might Similarly I enjoy the break from endless emails, but others rued the fact that despite... More

Stayed at the Chalet with my mum for a weeks holiday and we were both delighted with the perfect location of the hotel ( we arrived by train from Innsbruck, walked out of the station door and hotel was literally across the road), perfect! Everything is on its doorstep ...ski school,🏂 chairlift/gondola🚡, bars 🍺 cafes ☕️ ,shops etc. Rooms were... More

Great location in the centre of town, friendly staff. Nice rooms that are a very good size and kept very clean and tidy. On the negative, - noise from their Bar 'Scottys' had banging bass until 2am on their 'club' night, and very noisy from the music / bass on other occasions until 2am.This was for a room on the... I went to the Rosanna last month with a large group of friends. Many of the group had been there on numerous occasions and I was expecting great things from what they had said. The location and the cleanliness were second to none and rooms were cleaned everyday to a high level. The food however was awful! Breakfasts weren't too... More

We went to Chalet Rosanna with Mark Warner Holidays for a skiing trip in February. The staff at the hotel were great, made us feel really welcome and made the whole trip most enjoyable. The organisation by Mark Warner was excellent, good flights and transfers with no fuss or bother. The food whilst largely English was good quality and variety,... More

My first ever experience with Mark Warner was on the transfer to the resort where I had an accident with a flying suitcase and a very hot cup of coffee. The rep did what she could with limited resources (a few paper towels) and said that they could wash my clothes at the hotel which I very much appreciated having... More

The chalet was fairly well placed in the town, not as near to lifts as we'd expected but only a few minutes walk. Although it was on a busy main road, the soundproofing seemed good so it wasnt a problem! Food was pretty good throughout the week, the a la carte choices were great (and better than the first night... More

We were a group of 10 staying over the New Year period. Great trip- excellent staff who couldn't be more helpful or pleasant; good food that exceeded our expectations; great location especially for teenagers and adults looking for nightlife; clean and comfortable accommodation although somewhat tired in places. A good base to enjoy the skiing and après-skiing! Wifi doesn't work... More

We're just back from staying in Mark Warner's chalet hotel after 5 years staying in other places/hotels. The staff are very helpful and friendly but the place is looking a little tired and in need of a refresh - wifi only works on the ground floor, TVs in the rooms are still cathode ray tubes, crockery mismatched. On the whole... More

My wire, myself and two sons,12 and 13, and a family friend booked this chalet hotel which is, as far as I'm aware, exclusively, run by Mark Warner. We had an excellent deal on the price and this was the main reason for choosing this hotel. We had, many years ago, traveled with Mark Warner before and were very happy... More
