I would just like to reiterate the previous post. We had a large room on the top floor with lovely views. Good ski area and enjoyed working out the runs and piste map. We got on well with the other guests and the staff were brilliant. The meals were excellent and plenty of it. We would certainly like to return...

Wonderful fist holiday with the family skiing and boarding in the Tirol. After high French Alpine resorts, we took a gamble on the Austria in the spring and the tired snow held up for us. Comfortable chalet with great hosts close to the piste and lifts up to the mountains. We were looked after everyday with full English for breakfast...

Would have been a very enjoyable holiday if not for a bunch of thoughtless noisy often drunk group who would have been at home on a 18-30s holiday and who the crystal rep made no impression on to be more aware of others. Hallway doors sound like a gun going off in the early hours when the drunks return. Excellent...

We booked this Chalet for a late March holiday in early Feb. I was a little hesitant to book a chalet as I've not stayed in one before but after checking reviews and prices, this place stood out a mile. I cannot thank the staff at the chalet enough. The rooms are basic and could do with some improvements, however...

Ok, in all fairness this was our first catered chalet, but if I could pick up Chalet Tirolerhaus - and its wonderful staff - and pop them down in whichever ski resort i wanted, I'd be a very happy skier indeed! I may have a few issues with St Anton but none at all with this chalet. The staff were...

Crystal Chalet Tirolerhaus was good & the chalet staff were fabulous. Everywhere was very busy with some reckless 'Neanderthal' type he-men (in their imagination) flying by far too close to improver level skiers. Some routes were closed & this was not advised at the connecting routes. Appeared that the slopes had not been pisted all week although that could partially...

We visited this Crystal run chalet for the first time in March 2017. The chalet itself is well located for a 5 minute walk to the Nasserein lift and about 10-15 minutes to the centre of town. The staff were one of the stand out features. Always friendly, extremely hard working and very competent. I did, however, get the feeling...

Really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Tirolerhaus (T-House) in St. Anton. Lovely spacious chalet, with excellent staff. Very close to bubble lift and if you take a short cut you can be at the beginner slopes in 2 mins. We felt the food was great, especially the breakfast-which was a full English every day. Even on the chalet hosts day...

This was my third stay at the chalet but I'm afraid this time was slightly disappointing and for the following reasons I cannot score five stars. The food being the biggest issue, I felt the standards had dropped dramatically from previous stays . Evening meals were very basic, lacked imagination, portions very small and as I'm vegetarian felt they were not...

I came to St Anton never having had a ski trip here before but three of my party of wife, kids and kids partners had so I was expecting good things of the skiing generally and the accommodation in particular. I wasn't disappointed. This chalet is just a couple of hundred yards from the Nassereine lift as well as a...
