Hotel was very traditional and staff wore traditional costumes several times while we were there. Location was excellent, in the middle of the pedestrian area. Rooms were very dated and tired and dark. Our bathroom had a clear window and no net curtain, even though there were other hotels overlooking it, which meant we had to have the curtains drawn...

Stayed at this hotel before and as usual very efficient staff, clean adequately appointed rooms. Food quality is good. Indoor and outdoor restaurant/bar service is very good however could have extended hours indoors. Only real complaint was the quality of the toilet paper which was very rough. Bring ear plugs as rooms tend to transmit noise from hallways and streets...

The hotel was a typical alpine hotel. Because it was old, it was not so practical and it was a little bit crowded. The food was excellent. I stayed in a small room (one person) and it should have been modern.

The hotel was lovely and our room had everything we needed and was cleaned everyday. We stayed half-board for the duration of our week trip and being a fussy eater I...

We stayed at the Lebzelter for our summer vacation and were very happy. The owners and staff are all so welcoming and helpful. The Hotel itself is full of character and charm. The rooms were spotlessly cleaned each day and the beds very comfortable. Dining in the hotel every evening, there was a super choice and it was very tasty....

As a guest of the restaurant (few times) during my holiday in Zell am See have to say that local food was nice. Unfortunately from the staff of older generation you could feel the pressure for the money. I understand that in all businesses money take important part, but apart of that friendly approach to the client is really important....

This hotel is a small family run hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a late flight home and were offered use of our room, free of charge until we were picked up.
