This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and certainly won't be the last. As soon as you walk into the hotel lobby it is a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff are all a credit to the management. Beautiful lake views are to be had from this hotel and the trains that run past the hotel...

I have been a regular visitor to Zell am See for a number of years and know the area very well. The biggest change I have recently seen is the turn around of the Hotel Seehof. I first stayed here last year and I really enjoyed our stay and so decided to return again this year. Since my last visit...

Just spent 5 days at Seehof, really enjoyed it! Upon arriving from the train station, a 2 minute walk, we arrived to a lovely hotel. The hotel isn't the biggest, nor are the rooms, but they do the job nicely. The rooms, are basic but have everything you need, but in a town like Zell am see you shouldn't be...

The bar and restaurant uses the best of modern influences to deliver something which is pleasing to the eye. The welcome is warm, with a good selection of beers, wines and other beverages and the bar menu although limited is high quality. Goulash an austrian classic is delivered in a contemporary manner in kilner style jam jars, packed with flavour....

A really under visited place in Zell with some of the nicest interiors, staff and drinks in town. Didn't stay at the hotel, but spent most evenings in the bar which serves a wide range of fairly priced and good quality drinks. The couple who manage Seehof are second to none, shouting us Schnapps on our last night and always...

We had a great evening out here - a tasty duck breast; Thai curry with a peanut sauce and I had the prosciutto with Parmesan cheese (a side of warm garlic bread) as main dish - just fabulous. Most restaurants in Zell am See are overpriced and not good; but this hidden gem still delivers high quality for a reasonable...

Friendly staff, central location, reasonably priced. Great views. Booked in at late notice and they were very accommodating. A nice restaurant attached. Rooms were basic but very clean and everything you would want and expect for the price. We would stay there again.

A very convenient location when arriving by train. The hosts and staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed, and a very good breakfast was provided. Lonely Planet mentions that the rooms are on the small size. Don’t be put off by that, it was not an issue for us and remember, you...
