All the staff were friendly and made us very welcomed. The room was fantastic and extremely spacious. The selection of food on the menu was good and the standard was excellent. For our skiing holiday the location was surperb we will be staying at the same hotel next year.

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. Mr Voggler greats you with a warm welcome and caters to every need (ski-passes at reception, shuttlebus to lift etc). Our room was spacious, typically Austrian style. The hotel is located near the stream, so with windows open at night you do hear the water running. For us, this was no problem at all,...

We stayed for 3 nights on an independent ski weekend. The hotel is a short walk up a hill from the village. They do offer a ski/boot room and a shuttle service down to the cable car. The hotel is very traditional, the rooms are simply furnished but spotlessly clean. We stayed on a half board basis and had the...

Service was great. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, good bed, and spacious. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and different every day. We booked halfboard and there is a 3 course menu choice and additional salad bar. Breakfast is also very good and enough to choose. Situated outside city centre with beautiful vieuw over the valley. We had a lovely time at this family run hotel. We had our rooms ready when we arrived 11:00 am and after a few minutes we were taken to the town center and cable car station. Breakfast and dinner were great. Rooms were very large and comfy 5 min walk to the Main Street of Mayrhofen.

Stayed here for a 4 night skiing trip. Good location, excellent food, friendly staff an overall winner. Didn't use the spa area but looked nice. Just missed coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Great value accommodation with beautiful views over the valley. Within easy walking distance to Ahorn and penken lifts but in my opinion hire a locker at the...

Which the discount basically covers! Of not they do have there own locker rooms, woth heated boot racks. We stayed...

We stayed at this hotel in June, it is in a good location, with nice rooms. The evening meal was delicious and good value, however, our whole stay here was ruined by the number of flies in the dining room. At one stage we had eight flies on our table for two, when we pointed this out to the waiter...
