A fabulous overnight stay here. Such genuine caring people. Service, rooms, food and surrounds were all superb. A quiet spot with everything you need. A great view of Grossglockner from here too. Very traditionally, gorgeously Austrian chalet. Will definitely return.

This fabulous hotel, with abundant flowers everywhere, is not to be missed if you are crossing the Grossglockner. It is warm and cozy with excellent management, who took time to be very helpful. The rooms were spacious, with balconies. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel sits on a hill above the beautiful village of Heiligenblut, with its picturesque church. I highly recommend...

Owners really nice and accommodating. A curiosity place with objects and things of interest spotted around the place. Great evening meal and breakfast too. Will be recommending. Short walk into town centre where there are a handful of pubs, restaurants and the cable car.

We selected this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews. What a great place! The room was a traditional Austrian chalet; cozy, comfortable, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had a package with breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast buffet and four-course dinners were awesome! They featured traditional Austrian dishes. The owners, Rosemarie and Andreas, were fantastic hosts! Andreas...

Haus Senger in Heiligenblut. More Austrian than this is not possible. But not in a kitsch kind of way, the absolute opposite. Charmimg, stylish and elegant. Staff wearing traditional Austrian oufits (different dress every day). This suits the hospitable atmosphere, the genuine politeness (balm on the soul of city people like us) and the rhythm of life. The food is...

Unbelievably charming and caring hosts of a feel-good hotel with lots of cozy nooks and crannies and fireplaces. Beautiful and sunny garden and terraces with bundles of flowers and herbs, with fantastic views of the Grossglockner, an ideal location for climbing & hiking, and superb wildlife viewing - think packs of ibexes. The hosts tailor tips for excursions and occasionally...

We stayed overnight at the Hotel Chalet Senger after driving over the Grossglockner Alpine Road. It is beautifully located in the most dramatic landscape. The hotel has a warm genuine feel which reflects the personality of the hosts. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and clean and just what one would expect in a really good chalet style hotel. The restaurant...

We spent two wonderful nights with the Senger family in their lovely hotel. It was our 30th anniversary and they went above and beyond to make the stay special for us. It was, by far, our favorite hotel of this entire trip. Highly recommend!

We could not get over how quintessential Austrian the Hotel Chalet Senger is. We were warmly greeted by owner Andreas Senger. We were given room # 30 upstairs and had a wonderful balcony view of the surrounding mountains, the valley, and the surrounding grounds below of the Senger with chairs in the lawn for enjoying the sun and a few...
