Stayed with a family member for rally. The cabin isn't all that bad but the water is well water and is absolutely horrible. I mean, horrible! It honest to goodness smells like blood. Locals tell me it is because the owner of the property refuses to put in a system to filer it properly. The entire time I was in...

The cabin smelled like sewer so bad and there was hair on the "clean bedding" remote for tv did not work, the futon bed had crumbs all over it, the carpet was not vacuumed, no sheets for futon, there was only two towels and one wash cloth, spider webs in most corners, couldn't open any windows and not very friendly...

We stayed here because no other Hotels had anything else in the area. We went to one cabin and it wasn't even cleaned. Went to another one and isn't much better. Spiders.. Bugs.. In bathroom. Living room. Outdated. And no blinds in the bedroom. Someone could look in if they wanted. Only stay if you HAD to like us. Definitely...

I have been trying to get a deposit refunded since november 2012. When I did finally get someone to return my call, they promissed to process the credit immediately after they receive my credit card information. I am still waiting. Nobody returns emails or voice mails. Very unprofessional!

We had booked this facility online where it looked nice! NOT! We got there and the cabin was filthy with bugs and mold. The bathroom was disgusting and the small apt. refrigerator was frozen over and we could not open the door. No remote to work the television and you cannot contact the office because of the weird hours. We...

Place is a dump! Campsites are not level. The one water hookup was broken which we noticed after we had "parked" our camper. The pool's water level was VERY low. The hot tub was full of dead bugs. You are not able to access their wi-fi unless you are in their office building. All four of their washing machines were...

Were there for a family reunion in July. The small cabins were very expensive and in disrepair--we were all disappointed as it is a nice property in a beautiful location. The cabins were beyond remodeling--they need to be torn down and replaced. Trash wasn't picked up and no one was working in the store or office a lot of the...

We went to Custer SD in July and had happened to reserve a cabin at this place for 3 days. We went the first night and looked at the cabin. Not exactly luxury. The cabin smelled strongly of mold and mildew. We stayed the first night. but I wasn't able to sleep. The next morning I woke up with a...

This used to be such a great family place years ago. I had been ther twice before on previous vacations and a great time. Too bad I didn't read the current reviews. The water was brown, the shower was clogged so that the water was up 2inches over your feet, yuck! We didn't have any bugs, thank goodness. But this...
