We were traveling back to our home in Naples after hurricane Irma hit and wanted two nights in a nice hotel. We found it! The staff was exceptionally friendly from the front desk to the bartenders, Pam and Paul, to Lisa the manager, bellmen, I...More
Beuatiful, well appointed rooms. The mirror in our bathroom had an anti-fog area which allowed my husband to shave while I was still in the shower. The hotel is located at an easy walk to the French Quarter and the Art District. Great night time...More

The hotel was stunning with friendly staff that always greeted us with a smile. Walking distance to Jackson square, bourbon street, super dome and more. There were lots of restaurants near by too. Will definitely go back again.
They would not offer a room even though I had in hand your! confirmation.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

Unfortunately, I am not certain about parking as I arrived by air and we took an Uber to the hotel. I would call the hotel directly. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Enjoy your visit to New Orleans. :)

I don't pay much mind to stories of hauntings and spirits. I think if you want a ghostly encounter, you can find one anywhere...especially in areas with so many stories to tell. But I personally think you find as much as you're looking for. There was nothing out of the ordinary in my experience. The hotel was stunning and my stay was wonderful!
