Booked this hotel as a last minute surprise. 5 year anniversary. Was higher than normal but only because of the holiday. Courtyard was awesomely decorated and the people were extremely nice. Will def make a visit back to this hotel. They don't have parking but, the Chateau hotel across the street will allow you to park in their lot for...

The Parking is far away and in a Prepay city parking facility that was 10 blocks away. A/c did not work but they were immediately attentive. However they never got it working very well at all. Convenience to Bourbon street is great.

The Saint Philip hotel was in a great location in the French quarter. We were only two blocks from Bourbon Street, but it wasn't too loud at night. We were within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go, including Jackson Square and all the bars on Bourbon Street.

Awesome location, easy walk to the French market and all of downtown. Our only complaint was about the person above us, there was constant tapping on the floor; it sounded like a dog that was constantly scratching itself and it would go on until 3 or 4 in the morning- making it very difficult to fall asleep; the noises didn't...

The hotel was amazing. Our room was breathtaking. If I had to complain about anything, it would be that there was no sign outside with the name of the hotel on it. The hotel was located just a few blocks away from the French Market and everything was within walking distance. Very nice place. Can't wait to revisit

Loved the hotel-great location. Very spacious rooms-more like an apartment. Great coffee. Laura at the front desk was so helpful. Stashed our luggage there early in the morning and was able to walk to many major sights. Room décor was really eclectic. Beds were very comfortable.

Very pleasant staff. Quiet and convenient, easy to walk everywhere. Building a little tired but very clean. Would not be a good option for anyone with mobility issues as there were quite a few stairs to climb.

Be careful when going here, I was left out on the streets until almost 3am due to the front desk lady (sleeping) during her shift. Paid full price nothing was really done to make my experience any better,

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
