This hotel was A+ if you are looking for a room for more than 2 people. It has a living room/dining area, a small kitchen (fully equipped), a large bathroom and (we had) one bedroom. A third person, staying with us slept on the pull-out...More
Booked this in March and was hesitant on how it would be based on reviews. Was pleasantly surprised to find it to be a great place to stay and a great room. We were on the 4th floor in the newer section. It was a...More
Stayed here recently with 2 friends on a quick whirlwind visit to NOLA. We had a fantastic 3rd floor suite with two bedrooms. The place was perfectly comfortable for 3 adults. One of which was a couple. They shared the downstairs room and bathroom and...More

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

Not sure about square footage but the unit was a decent size. It did have a pull out sofa which we did not use since it was just me and my wife. Hope this helps. We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.
