The hotel was very jazzy and modern. It's a European concept hotel and AC is for the developer. Rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. Walking distance to the Super dome or even the French Quarter.
We spent Labor Day weekend in NOLa for my husbands birthday. Our adult son joined us. After reading reviews was not sure what to think about our room, we were pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable, the bathroom was set up for privacy. The staff was very...More
The hotel is in a very good location in terms of proximity to Bourbon and Canal streets (as in one block away). The hotel is ultra modern and the hallways feel very 'cold' and dark. When I say cold I do not mean temperature. Some...More

I am so sorry to hear you were not provided a "WOW" experience while staying with us. That is certainly our goal with each guest that walks in our doors. I do appreciate the feedback and will certainly share it with the appropriate teams....More
If this is a typical AC, I will not be staying at another one. Staff at the front desk left much to be desired. Room was clean but the bathroom was not designed properly. A square sink had built up in the corners. Light switch...More

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
