Ashley and Steve were able to show me the best hospitality I've seen in a while. I felt more than welcomed. I am greatly appreciative of all the customer service they provided. Anything I asked for they were able to provide. Very nice people! Also the hotel was nice, I enjoyed the pool table in lobby and the bar.

I could never write enough good things in one review of this hotel IT WAS AMAZING! Awesome staff, beautiful room, great service, and very good location! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to New Orleans!! Simply amazing! The staff always said hello when you walked in and held the door, and even knew us by name!

The Saint is AWESOME. We recently stayed with our 3 year old while visiting family in New Orleans. The Hotel staff did a great job making us feel right at Home. While all the staff are kind and gracious, the front desk staff are exceptional (special shout-out to Kevin!)! Each time we entered the Hotel, they greeted us like we...

Overall, a very nice option close to Bourbon Street. The staff was excellent from the valet to the bellman. This hotel is definitely geared towards adults and is very modern. The room was clean and had a great view of Canal Street. The location was just a few blocks down from Bourbon Street but just far away enough to get...

When we arrived the hotel was going through a renovation. Surprising but okay, we could deal with it. The receptionist told us that we would receive a letter with all of the details. We received nothing. No information was given to us whatsoever. Later the first floor was completely shut down and for two days we had to enter from...

Dear valued guest: I am very sorry for the experience you had at The Saint Hotel. I understand the lobby closure was frustrating and inconvenient and I apologize this was not communicated to you. Our intentions were to provide this information and we have clearly failed you. We do pride ourselves on our exceptional service and maintaining a like new...

Kudos the staff, EVERYONE was friendly and helpful in any of our request, specially the server that works on the floor and room service,...

Sweet hotel. Great entertainment on the weekend! (Esp. Fri) loved Jade .... she was really fun and personable. The restaurant and bar staff were great also. Looking forward to a second trip later this year.

I recently stayed in the St. Raphael Suite with my family for one night. This particular room is better suited for a couple, but it is absolutely beautiful. The exposed brick exterior walls and glass bathroom wall is a nice touch. We have stayed at many hotels from 3 star to 4 star in many different cities and this is...

As I walked in from the heat of Canal Street and was greeted with the sweetly scented cold air of the lobby, with it's flowing white drapes, I knew I found Heaven. I was plesantly greeted at the front desk by Leland and Jade. The Executive Housekeeper, Carl Thompson, happened to be standing by the desk also. I knew I...

The naughty and saintly theme plays well for this hotel smack in the middle of New Orleans debauchary at its finest. The rooms are clean and crisp, good modern bathroom and amenities. The front desk was tiny but staff was helpful and friendly. The live music in the bar was loud and old fashioned and therefore not crowded on a...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
