This hotel is centrally located near many attractions and local restaurants as well as street transportation. My group met here for a family reunion and the hotel was extremely busy. The hotel rooms are pretty decent, but the beds could me more comfortable. The customer...More
My room was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave when it was time to check out. I was in the Alexa tower facing Canal street, and everything was quiet as could be. The bed was comfortable and the room, halls, and lobby were very...More

Thank you for the wonderful review! I am glad that our location met your expectations, you enjoyed dining in Bourbon House, and you had a restful stay with us. We look forward to serving you again when you return to the Crescent City!...More
Most hotel staff were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Valet and bell service was prompt and courteous. We were in a great location for the quarter and arts district.

Hotel is spacious and clean. Rooms were large and the location is excellent. What not to like about this place? We stumbled on a fantastic rate as a Gold Ihg member and would definitely stay there again.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
