Our stay at spring hill suites was amazing the front desk agent most of all were great. Jonikea and Tashea were very nice. They are a great asset to the hotel. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again. Jonike took time to make sure all our needs were met. Tashea's personality is amazing, she's very jolly and funny. You...

This was our first time at this hotel---really liked it. Our check-in with Bianca was great, we arrived at 11 am wanting only to park to be able to attend our 1:30 function. She was able to find us a room and let us check in and was very sweet and helpful. The front desk was very nice every time...

Came for a conference and this hotel was within walking distance of the convention center. Service at the front desk was good. It was nice to have free breakfast and wifi each day. Room service came late the first day (after 5 pm) but came late morning the other days. Room was average overall but met all of my needs.

The sleeping room was large and the bed was very comfortable and clean. Two to four blocks walking will put you into the business district or cafes and bars. Parking is adequate for the hotel, but a little tight at night. Easy choice for a return visit.

I was surprised by the attentiveness of the front desk staff each time I came back to the hotel. Jaylin especially took the time to ensure I knew where I was heading and places to be sure I saw. Each time I walked into the lobby I was addressed, sometimes personally, by the staff. Each member of the front desk...

I booked a great deal though a travel website and was a little concerned when I read some recent reviews. But, from check in to check out, I had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. As other's have said, Treasure lives up to her name! LaShonda was also working the front desk and...

A lot of small and larger misses added up to a not so good stay. The rooms are small 'suites' with average budget type decor. Strictly efficiency and ok (if the small misses don't happen to you) ... as long as you don't expect too much. Rooms along the lines of many big name hotel's B-class chains. Room appeared to...

Steve, I really thank you for such a thorough evaluation of our hotel. Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighbourhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
