The service we received at this KOA was far above any we received at any other campground OR hotel in our 7 weeks of travelling in USA. From the moment we checked in, nothing was too much trouble. We had propane filled on our way to our site and were directed expertly on parking - it was all so simple....

We stayed three nights here for our trip to New Orleans. Very family friendly and clean campground. We took the shuttle into the city and our driver who I believe was also the owner was great. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was very prompt. I would definitely recommend this campground.

This was a revealing experience. This campground is near a major city, but it is safe, quiet and serene by big city standard. However, a camper is bound to have a totally different experience at different parts of the park. We were hoping to have a leveled and shady spot at KOA, but that did not work out as we...

This RV park is a very quiet place. Nice to come back to after a day of partying in the city. The sites do accommodate big rigs (our MH is 40' ) all back in sites for RV's. There is a small loop for smaller TT's. Large slabs with picnic tables, no fire pit, plenty of room for your patio...

My spouse and I arrived late in Town and we did have a reservation at an other Campground. Things did not work well and decided to leave despite having nowhere to go. We got the reception at KOA West and told us they could help us for one night so we toke it. By the time we arrived these wonderful...

We were worried about the safety of staying at a campground near New Orleans after reading all the reviews on other campgrounds. This campground had good reviews so we thought we'd try it. We are happy we stayed here. It is quiet and in a safe area. And clean! The bathrooms and shower are cleaned daily. They opened the pool...

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times and each time I am very glad. Each year they improve the park a little more. Last time we stayed here not all of the sites had concrete pads, but this time all of the sites on both streets did have concrete pads. The staff is by far the...

The free shuttle into town was the major draw for us. Pick up is at 9.00 am. The return pickup is at 5.45pm, so it allows a good amount of time to check out the Big Easy. The shuttle service worked really well when we visited- January- the bus holds about 12 people and it needs to be pre booked...

We have been stopping at KOAs for years because of consistency of cleanliness and safety. NO KOA surpassed all others with their exceptional owners, Roberta and Greg, who went out of their way to make us all feel like family. We took the free shuttle to and from the city, which was fantastic. The highlight, though, was when staff member...

We were on our maiden voyage with 37' RV. We found this park clean and very organized. Late night arrival, we were still met at the front office and personally taken to our lot. Location is bit out of the downtown area - cab fair should be about $50-60 (we were group of 6) but the park had arranged special...
