My daughter and I stayed there for 4 nights before going on a 5 night cruise. We ended up being there during the French Quarter Fest. It is a great location. Just off of Bourbon St. so although we were right in the middle of everything, we had a little peace. I reserved a 2 bed with a balcony. The...

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in my 54 years. This is based on the value and service and comfort of this hotel. Concierge was super helpful. We were here 4 nights and used the various concierges daily. The room was decorated tastefully and had a NOLA vibe instead of the institutional Holiday Inn chain...

What a wonderful 3 night stay we had. PERFECT location. Easy walk to just about everything. We had two rooms both with a balcony. We sat on our balcony a few nights and listened to the great music from the bands playing in the bar below while watching the people walk by. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfy, bathrooms...

Located in the heart of the French Quarter, this shining little gem of this hotel has it all location, swanky rooms, and reasonable prices. But more importantly, it has Roy. What can I say, during what can only be described as a travel nightmare, (Thank you Delta Airlines), Roy was an oasis of calm. Truly southern hospitality at it's best....

Stayed her with a group of friends. Location was perfect, 1 block from bourbon. This hotel was cheaper than many of the others. It's a Historic building, so don't let the name Holiday Inn scare you away. I would stay here again.

This hotel met all of our expectations and more! Friendly and helpful staff (will get to that in a minute), clean, and comfortable. I am 7 months pregnant so a comfortable bed was well needed and appreciated. I will also add that the pillows were amazing! Walking distance to canal street, bourbon, and Jackson square. We had to take an...

I do not understand why this hotel has received so many 5 star ratings... We decided to stay here for a wedding, as it was recommended to us by the bride and groom. Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
