Beautiful Victorian home. Well taken care of and in a quiet area. Miles from the French Quarter and great restaraunts. Home cooked breakfast each morning with a wonderful staff.

We are very pleased that this reviewer enjoyed her stay with us. However since this review was brought to our attention by a regular, repeat guest, we wanted to clarify, if we can, what the reviewer might have meant by “Miles from the French Quarter and great restaurants”. Perhaps she felt as though she was “miles from” the crowds and...

The HH Whitney House is a wonderful experience. The people who run it are courteous, thoughtful and professional. The room was spacious and beautiful and the breakfasts were fantastic! I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone and have done so already. Keith Idle

Glen welcomed us like we welcome guests in our own home. He showed us around the property and explained some of the antiques. He literally made us feel at home and was always available to answer any questions and give recommendations on resturants and places of interest. We had chosen the remodeled slave quarters which are beautiful and has a...

The inside of the HH Whitney House provides a remarkable sense of comfort and security. It is decorated in grand, French style with plenty of handsome antiques as well as an old-fashioned player piano. But the hosts make you feel at home, welcoming you into their kitchen to fetch any of your needs. Their service is both professional and personable,...

The HH Whitney House is a hidden gem. It is conveniently located approximately 8 blocks from the French Quarter. The house exudes southern charm both inside and out. It is even more gorgeous than the photos on the website. I stayed in the Servants' Quarters, which were beautifully decorated. I loved the private balcony, huge glassblock shower, and the careful...

This place rocks. So close to the French Quarter, and yet far enough away to not have the traffic, noise, or parking problems that you would in a downtown hotel. I read all the reviews first, and would have to say that every one of them is spot on correct. The house is big and spacious, and the backyard is...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the HH Whitney House. Great decor and antiques throughout, and the pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot summer weather. Fantastic recommendations by the owners for places to go and restaurants to visit during our stay.

This is the most amazing place to stay in New Orleans! Having visited before I feel that Randy and Glen made us feel like part of NO on this trip. They have excellent local knowledge and provided excellent advice. The house is stunning and very homely. As for breakfast - wow weeee! Highly recommended!!

Origanaly booked at a cookie cutter hotel. After checking Trip Advisor for Inns in New Orleans I found the HH Whitney House. What a great find. There were 37 or so reviews and I think I read most of them. Nobody had a bad thing to say so why not. Emailed Glenn and asked about availability for our dates and...

I stayed at the HH Whitney the week after Jazzfest and had the most wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and the hosts were friendly and accomodating. Their style represents the very best of staying at a B&B, as they made me feel welcome and at home in their house. I made the decision to come to Jazzfest late and...
