The hotel was close enough to the action yet far enough if you needed a break. It was quaint and clean. The room itself remind you of a bedroom with a bathroom attached. I rented the Queen room that entailed the bed, two side dressers and a small space for the Keurig. There was a nice space for the iron...

Hello dbalford8, Thank you for staying with the Inn on Ursulines during All Star Weekend during the first week of Mardi Gras celebrations! We're glad you found the room to be clean, quaint, and well-appointed. I'm sorry you found our lack of valet parking to be unacceptable, but I do understand that is of top priority to some visitors to...

Great location! Price was great as we shared a room with friends and booked/payed in advance. Space was a little tight with 4 adults and 2 queen beds but you don't goto NOLA to hang out in a room. :) Definitely was quiet at night, however the Inn is close to all of the action! We enjoyed the hot tub...

I took my lady out of town with me, for a business trip and picked a room because it was affordable. What I saw was what I got. But not what I expected. Nice room and very relaxing. Not close to a lot of the action on the French Quater, so you will have to walk. But it was great....

Nice, clean and great location. Walked to most everything. Did not have hot water for 7 hours on a Thursday afternoon / evening. Front desk not very concerned or helpful. "Did you turn the knob the right way? " REALLY!!!!! We had already been there 5 days. 4 phone calls before maintenance responded. Never a phone call to tell us...

This little gem of a place gets better each time we stay here. The rooms were clean. Every staff member we encountered was unfailingly helpful and polite. It's location puts many local sites within easy walking distance. I think this was our 6th stay at the Inn and I'm looking forward to the next visit.

This is a lovely little place near the quarter. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was small but charming and historical. When we go back to the quarter we will definitely try to stay there again.

The most picturesque little inn I could have ever imagined! Clean, comfortable and homey rooms, to compliment super helpful and polite staff. A few houses down, and you're on bourbon street, only a block or two from the heart of the fun. 10 minutes walking to Cafe Du Monde (not even denying it was my daily breakfast) and so many...

Such a Great Weekend. I had never been to New Orleans so my Son introduced me to The City!! The Room was Great, bed was so comfortable, clean and the check-in was easy and pleasant!!! Only problem was the room was spendy, which I understand but the parking lot was several blocks away + $20. I'm sure this is normal...

This hotel is a wonderful historic place with its own courtyard and awesome quiet rooms. It has a magical quality, we even had our own resident spirit that liked to open the top two dresser drawers! Within seconds you could either be out in the Quarter or safe in a beautiful quiet sanctuary with plants and lovely ferns growing out...

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.

“I few changes I would suggest: do something about the water pressure. We were in room three and the water pressure in the shower was little more than a trickle. a small fridge in the room would be appreciated for left overs (we gave ours to the homeless men by the restaurant rather than have it all go to waste). Also, I can't remember seeing anything about parking on the site when I looked so if it's there make it bigger. It's $20 a night to park about 5-6 blocks away. Pricey and a PITA after hours of site seeing. Overall, great place and reasonably priced- we were there 1/24-27, 2017”
