My daughter and I stayed here 3 days around the end of November and we really liked it. Quiet and clean. It was in a historic building and it showed a bit but it's part of the charm of New Orleans. Helpful staff

They were able to accommodate us last minute which was wonderful. After dealing with the nightmare of booking with a third party I would reccomend calling the Hotel directly, it was Much cheaper !!!!!

The room was quirky but had a lot of fun in it. Courtyard was great as we met a number of Canadians. The only issue was hot tub to hot and no one to figures out how to adjust heat. The simple amenities were worked out when I was in need of a bottle opener.

The hotel staff were super nice and welcoming. The room including bathroom were both very clean. Everything was of walking distance from the hotel making it super easy to stop by the room and change or just relax before heading back out. We definetly plan on coming back.

Only 3 bummers: I don't think the room's heater worked, no elevator (3 floors), and the front rooms could get a little loud at night due to tours walking by and those walking to/from Bourbon St. Overall, I would still recommend this place due to nice staff, good spot in the French Quarter with decent prices.

This is a great guesthouse in the heart of historical French Quarter. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. Within walking distance of all major attractions in New Orleans. You won't be disappointed.

The Inn on Ursulines was wonderful! It is directly between Royal and Bourbon St. Only 3 blocks from Decatur. This is a small 15 rm hotel. The staff was very friendly and the hotel very quiet. Our room had 14 ft ceilings and a super comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but doable. The rooms open into a small but private... More

Room had no windows, security to the room horrible and the hot water issue was horrendous! The location in the French quarter was good and the staff were friendly. Would not recommend. Am sure that there are many more Inns, etc that cost about the same that would have been much better.

Travel back in time to the 1700s when you stay here. This landmark building was owned by nuns, then Marie Laveau. The staff were very helpful when we arrived in the morning and let us stow our luggage before the room was ready. JuJu at the front desk called me after brunch at the Court of the Two Sisters when... Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
