First of all, this place is in an excellent location. The off site parking is great unless you need your car for some reason. Given the ease of access to most things though, you don't really need a car while staying there. The first room we were given had an issue with the heater, but they switched us with no...

No frills, small room, quiet. Comfortable beds. Hard for a big person to get around, lot of steps. No handicapped facilities that I saw. Great and helpful staff. There were 4 of us on this family trip.

Our room was a little noisy but we didn't mind much. The inn was in the perfect location for walking everywhere in the quarter and public transit. We were close to a corner store and a cute bakery and coffee shop. The beds were comfy and clean. We would come back!

This Inn is a perfect example of "French Quarter" lodging. It was quaint, cozy and extremely clean. All amenities worked great and staff were so helpful and nice. It exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back.

The room was everything we could have hoped for; clean, centrally located, historic, magnificent. If we needed help, the staff was there. If we wanted to be left alone, they accommodated that as well.

Great location for the price and has that NOLA charm. Room 1&2 are right on the street which is a plus and minus.. can get a little loud. Room 1 not sure how well the heat worked.. did get a little cold. This may just be our new hotel to stay at!

Great little quiet place in the quarter. Had Street side and it was nice. We had some issues with the electric locks and the staff was very good at correcting the situation. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is nice and cozy. Old but clean, when we got there our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a better room. We walked everywhere, and street noise was not an issue since the location was away from the madness.

Stayed with my 21 year old daughter at the Inn on Ursulines. Great location. Close enough to Bourbon to enjoy but not so far that you feel uncomfortable walking back to room at night from any location in the quarter. Room is small but adequate. Bathroom was good, tiny shower. Just big enough to do your business and get out....

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
