I've been coming to New Orleans almost every year for a decade and once I discovered the Columns, I've been staying here ever since. The hotel is located in the gorgeous Garden District Uptown, so you're able to enjoy the charm and quiet of New Orleans (and escape the Quarter). It's an easy streetcar ride to the Quarter and CBD,...

We went to Columns Hotel for Thanksgiving Dinner. We really enjoyed our meals of Turkey and Standing Rib. And the cocktails were great. Our only concern was that the Entree was served on a plate far too small and therefore the presentation was poor. Hey guys, you are upmarket. Let's serve the food like an upmarket restaurant!!!

I am a local and have been going to Columns Hotel for years now. The hotel is a flash back to another era. The bartenders know how to make a proper cocktail and are always social and polite. The patio on a nice fall day is hard to beat!

Absolutely everything was fabulous. Mr. Miller is an amazing person to work with in coordinating your event. Fast and efficient on communication while providing you the best options etc. for your budget. The staff was simply amazing and they had as much fun as we did. Extremely polite and always working with us throughout our evening. They made something that...

WE had drinks at the Columns Hotel recently, it was a fabulous experience. We sat outside on the front porch and enjoyed some wonderful drinks and watched the street cars pass by. The service was great, we stayed their a couple of hours we never felt rushed. The food was also great, their Crab cakes are delicious. I highly recommend...

6 $ creme brulee excellent but fresh blueberry only on top. I thought it was more orginal but it's very classical but really good. Classique creme brulee savoureuse. Cocktail louisiana sunrise (stoli vodka, cointreau, fresh fruit juice, muddled mint, ginger beer) 10$nice but the taste of ginger is more important than the other tastes. But it's really refreshing. Cocktail bon...

I had my sweet 16 here, and it was a great event! The staff was patient with us while we explained everything we wanted, and provided great security. Although other parts of the hotel were open to other guests and the public, not one person who wasn't supposed to be in our party rooms got in. They offered a big...

Although I have never stayed in the columns hotel it is probably one of my favorite hotel bars in the city. It is much more quaint than the hotel bars downtown and there is a certain "homey" ambiance that it conveys, like going to your grandmothers to drink mint julips on the porch. That being said, I only gave four...
