The Frenchmen Hotel is on the edge of the French Quarter, on the liveliest street for music clubs and street jazz. The music goes on until 2 in the morning, but the location makes it "background music", not blaring for sleeping. Not the place if you need total silence to sleep. (I imagine earplugs would solve that, we had no...

We checked in to 5 rooms last weekend. The desk clerk was efficient and glad to see us. The rooms are quaint and small. The bathrooms are spotless as was the entire room. A heated pool and hot tub are located in the courtyard. We enjoyed the stay. Within a block are several bars with live entertainment no cover. My...

Excellent location, great people, very nice, we will return. Also our airplane did not leave until 8:00PM the day of the check out. at no charge we were able to store our bags for the day as we visited some nice NO locations.

In the heart of the New Orleans music scene, the Frenchmen Hotel offers a special ambiance that gives you a true feeling of belonging. Within a block or two of many music clubs including the Spotted Cat and Snug Harbor, the hotel is just a tipsy walk away. This boutique hotel has a truly remarkable staff that will quickly become...

My husband and I stay at the Frenchman Hotel a couple times a year. It is located right on Frenchman Street. Great location to all things French Quarter. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Love the complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. The front desk person has always been helpful and nice. You can hear the music...

This was an excellent location. Easy to get to French Market.Streetcar to get to Steamboat Natchez to do Jazz Diner Cruise. Cafe du Monde not far. Will recommend highly. Parking was a problem. Overall an enjoyable trip.

Howard, Thank you so much taking the time to write. It sounds as if you tried to park one of those huge vehicles. We do have lots off site for such automobiles should you wish to stay in the future. Again, thank you so much for writing.

Average, but unique. Good location near the French Quarter and the French Market. Park your own car on site. Send someone inside to check in, and they will open the parking gate for you. Large vehicles likely won't fit. Desk people are very nice and helpful. Hot tub was too hot, and the desk attendant came out to adjust it...

Thank you Cmoney2017, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your taking the time to write. Thank you for adding the tip about parking, as our lot entrance is small (originally built for horses and buggies!). We also offer a limited number of spots for larger vehicles in an auxiliary lot around the corner....

We enjoyed this hotel, it's a great location with very friendly staff! Since its so close to the bars it's loud until around 3 am but it worth it. The beds are very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

awesome stay - clean, safe, cute, perfect location, recommend highly for weekend warriors! staff was friendly and informative for sure. 109 is good for a couple - might be noisy or crowded if a bunch of people are in the pool (which I can only imagine as no one was in the pool at the time we stayed - but...

Everything was wonderful. Poolside room was great. The Rooftop Terrace is really nice. The only problem we found was no buns over stained glass above door which allowed like to aggravate the crap out of you all night. But it's only problem I say it's all good
