The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful - absolutely top notch. The hotel also has a great location, on canal street near bourbon street. The French Quarter isn't far away either. Stayed there 5 night for an extended holiday with family. It is on the Canal street, but the actual entrance is the street behind it (I found it very confusing). Was not sure where the front desk and the staff that was present did not really care to direct me to the front desk or to help with the luggage.
