This hotel is very nice. Free breakfast with pancakes, juice and yogurt is consistent daily. Great hotel staff! ! Suite has sofa that comfortable. King bed is very relaxing and firm. Room had desk, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Bathroom standard but works well. Iron and ironing board. No alcohol casino with no smoking section just down the road.

We always stay here in Madison. They offer all ammenities, free popcorn in lobby, coffee, tea. Staff is super! They are always very welcoming, and going above and beyond. Clean, efficient, convenient. Free shuttle to casino across the street.

The place is older, but it was clean. Very inexpensive at 75 bucks for a sat night. Had pool and hottub. Easy to find location. Staff friendly. Not high class by any means but a place to sleep. Good enough.

They just recently remodeled their hotel everything from carpet to new paint this is my second time staying at this hotel and I'm 100% satisfied with this place and the way it's being ran. Everyone that works here is nice and very friendly also a plus that it's right next to a casino

After the second year in a row we would like to share the experiences we had the Magnuson Grand Hotel in Madison WI. Our Family spend a weekend together to celebrate Christmas. Someone sleeping in middle of hall in room floor, no one at front desk, felt very unsafe ,finally found someone , told them they seemed like no big deal, said they would check, i felt unsafe especially when its near a casino, room was high price for what it was, and hotel seemed unorganized and run down. Will never stay...

I have stayed at the Magnuson 3 consecutive years, each stay a week in duration. I have never been disappointed. Is this the Ritz-Carlton? No. That being said, it offers a touch of luxury at a very reasonable rate... Think value for dollars spent here, people. The King whirlpool suite ( which is what I've always rented ) is extra...

Stayed here for one night two weeks ago. The front desk was okay, but not very welcoming. Our rooms weren't quite ready, but we were there prior to check in time, so that's totally understandable. The hallways were a little scary looking with red primer on the walls, but they are undergoing renovations, and that does take time, so there...

Room smelled bad. Bathroom Floor was sticky. Carpeting was moist and sticky. Breakfast sucked- orange juice was 75% water and a disappointing selection. They do not keep up this hotel. Paint missing. Chucks of tile missing.

We stayed in a room with a king sized bed. Although everything is not brand new, it is definitely clean and well looked after. As we were staying here for six nights, we had a chance to get to know the feel of the place. Ward, our breakfast host, was friendly and efficient (although the food at breakfast was the...
