My wife and I stayed in The Rose Room. We enjoyed every second of our visit. This little inn was the perfect escape from home. It was far enough from the heart of Hot Springs to be away from the bustle but close enough to become a part of it. We will return.

Had a great experience when we book this hotel. normally we do not like places with doors that access the outside instead of being inside hallways but am I really glad we gave this hotel a chance. the owner and his wife were wonderful. the room was really clean and comfortable. We were out of season for the pool but...

We stayed in the Main House by the pool for our quick getaway last week. The couple are from Scotland that own it and are delightful. Our room was spacious for the two of us and had a small sitting room with a seperate TV, so if you had a child with they could easily sleep on the couch. It...

This place has personalized treatment! The owners are super nice & accommodating. Our room was so clean & freshly updated. The beds are a little squeaky but still very comfortable. Very clean rooms. Nice size too. Its just outside of the hussle & noise of downtown. Very nice pool area. You have to give this place a try. We will...

The property is just as pictured: rooms are clean, and older (Read: Not a chain, owned & operated by local owners) but well kept with some character, location is 1 mile from the Historical section of Hot Springs and about 2 miles from the horse race track. We booked online, but were immediately offered an upgrade in room from the...

We booked this hotel trying to save money and because I read such good reviews on Trip Advisor. At first it didn't seem so bad, although a little musty because it's older and only had an a/c unit in the room. It was clean. My biggest problem with it was the fact that the hot water in the bath was...

My friend got me to stay here. I was skeptical but once I walked into my room, I was very happy. I even took a bath instead of a shower, which I normally won't even do in an expensive hotel. Every thing was so clean and neat that I could just relax. Even though it is very close to the...

We have just completed a three week road trip covering 11 states and have therefore stayed in a number of hotels during this trip. This review is therefore written from a comparative viewpoint and it is hoped to give an objective view of the hotel. Just stayed the one night and were given a free upgrade by the lovely Leslie....

Had the family suite. It was clean, had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen vintage 1940s. Kitchen had fridge, microwave, small table and chairs and sink. Were able to easily walk downtown with small children. Kids enjoyed the muffins and juice for breakfast. Free wifi.

“I like the separate cottage or the main house for a more old world feel.”
  • Back view of the main house where we stayed. Notice the Balcony and covered parking.
  • Standard early 1900s size bathroom. Would be tight for larger people.
  • Sign at night to help find it
  • Motel Rooms
  • Seperate Cottage
  • Side view of Cottage
  • Complimentary snacks/coffee. Breakfast is not included. Go have some pancakes in town.
  • Bed and entry into kitchen
