My husband and I stayed in the carriage house and we absolutely love it! We will definitely be back! It was clean and quiet and breakfast was great! And the carriage house gives you privacy. The grounds are clean as well and a great place to just sit and relax! It's close to bathhouse row but not too close. Just...

I highly recommend staying here. Well appointed rooms and very clean. A wonderfully restored historic home tucked in the center of downtown. You can literally walk everywhere. August, the owner is very friendly. The best place to stay in Hot Springs by far!

We stayed here 2 nights on a weekend getaway. The house is nice and decorated with antiques. Upon our late arrival, the keys were left for us in the porch mailbox. Our room was very cozy and had a nice jacuzzi tub. A mini frig and TV are there if you need. There is also a ceiling fan and individual...

The breakfast is so delicious, definitely better than I expected. We had the upstairs in the cottage house. Super cozy, and homey. Having a kitchenette was like icing on the cake, super convenient. The service is impeccable. Definitely coming back, and staying here. Would give more stars if I could.

I have to say that this was one of my favorite B&B's. The staff was very polite and accomodating. The Carriage house was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. I HIGHLY recommend this place and while there get a massage from Jimmy. He was definitely the best!

Fantastic experience, so close to Bathhouse Row, and very accommodating staff. They made good recommendations for local sights and activities, and served excellent breakfast each morning. Also, we _highly_ recommend scheduling a massage with Jim.

My husband and I do an annual trip to Hot Springs to catch the horse races for a day before the season is over and just to have a fun time in Hot Springs. We have stayed a few other places but have found our "home away from home" at Spring Street B&B with August! We always stay in the...

We just spent three nights at The Spring Street Inn. Breakfast was not served until 8:30 and we had to be at the convention center at 8:00. We thought we had it worked out to have toast and fruit. We got fruit and Quiche on morning and scrambled eggs and quiche the second morning. This was cooked the day before...

This was our first time staying at a B & B and we were extremely satisfied with the overall experience of our stay at the Spring Street Inn. The inn was furnished with exquisite antique furnishings and decor and felt comfortable & cozy. There were so many amenities - it's impossible to mention them all but we certainly appreciated all...
