I thought that farms would have old rooms and facilities but this one proved me wrong. Room We got 2 rooms in the Xin Ming Building and the room had heating and a nicely working bathroom. It also had a fridge and netting to prevent insects from entering. Dinner BBQ wasn't so fun for me. Had to start a fire...

The buffet looked like community living! Everyone ate together, cleared the plates/utensils away (put into big tubs). Arriving evening, BBQ was setup for us..but almost all tables ended up with burn food. Can tell most guests are city dwellers, need time to practise DIY BBQ dinner. Morning till noon; free unlimited dessert (green bean soup). Noon till 730pm; Free &...

This hotel is in the countryside area so do remember to bring mosquito repellent because it is apparently a hotspot for mosquitoes since we got bitten all over. Room is average only, the food is bad and not to my taste. There's nothing to do around here.

I didnt quite read the reviews here before I visited this farm and only read it retrospectively. I have to say every review is accurate. Whether you enjoy it or not really depends on how much you paid and how high (or Low) your expectation is. I read some visitors actually paid over 15000NT for 2 nights (ouch)! For us,...

Toucheng is a simple leisure farm. "Simple" in a sense of the room comes with basic toiletries and a traditional air-conditioner. We were invited to visit and stay at a series of leisure farms in Taiwan. Toucheng was the fifth. This leisure farm is also certified with Muslim friendly with separate dining hall and kitchen. There is no lift and...

We are a family of four, including a 17 mth old and a 5 year old.  We stayed 3 days/2 nights full board, inclusive of farm activities. We had a great time at the farm, it was both educational and fun, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.  Bottom line: we recommend visiting this farm for an eco...

We took the 2D1N package. It includes food, accommodation and activities. Rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor, and there is no lift. So pack an overnight bag. The room was clean and spacious with a large window and a boiler. Before the farm tour, we had buffet of noodles soup and hot desserts provided by the Farm. Yummy !...

i had chosen to stay at Toucheng after having read the reviews on TripAdvisor. We stayed there for 2 nights and it felt too long because of the lack of activities. The BAD: Our room was located on level 3 and there was no lift. thankfully the staff helped us with the luggage. The room looked pretty clean when we...

We checked in on 10 Dec. After we "dump" our luggages in our room, we proceed straight to make, bake n our pizzas. After that, we had a sumptuous DIY BBQ dinner. Not forgetting we made our own 天灯from scratch n light it up! The next day, we were going presented with a wide choice of local breakfast followed by...
