We had an amazing long weekend at Borderlands! With great friends, 16 adults and about the same amount of kids, ages between 2 years and 11, which was great fun. Even the smallest ones could join activities and we just love to thank all staff. Everyone was super professional and fun at the same time. Loads to do. great atmosphere,... More

We spent 3 weeks in SL and this detour was the "adventure" part. We stayed in the outdoor hut with ensuite with two stretcher beds joined together and two singles for our 9 & 11 yo girls. The beds had mosquito nets because there is a variety of critters in the rooms including cockroaches, a couple of not so menacing... More

I visited them for one day OBT event and experience was awesome. We did both land and water based activities and it was lots of fun. They were extremely concerned about safety of their clients and all staff members were very friendly. I'm not much satisfied with the lunch but it was manageable. I love if they could offer healthier... More

Extremely well organised. The Canadian owner and his wife are safety-aware but these are adventure sports after all.The balance is just right. The employees are all well-trained and fun to be with, evidenced by some of the less than organised groups going down the same river. A really fun 48 hours. Thank you Wade!

We stayed here 1 night with our 3 kids (8-11-14), we did rafting (the 8 year old could only do the lower part, but still that was a nice adventure!) and Canyoning, we loved it! The staff is very friendly, food delicious and the room/hut at the border of the river in the middle of nature.

Took the river expedition as a family of 4 (2 adults of 50+yrs and 2 older teenagers). The trip was superbly organised. Mahesh was a fantastic leader and his 3 helpers were equally fantastic as well as all of them being happy, cheery and very kind people. Mahesh cooked amazing meals every morning and evening and also managed to provide... More

We had a lot of fun in this camp. Turned up in a monsoonal downpour which was fantastic in itself. Rooms are either very simple shacks with mosquito netted beds or tents within a shack. very atmospheric and great experience but by no means luxury. The white water rafting and canyoning were very well organized and lot of focus on... More

Located in a stunning site bordering the Kelani river, Borderlands provides many outdoor adventure activities. The staff are extremely friendly. The food is not very fancy but it's delicious. Hope to come back next year!

We enjoyed our night here in stunning surroundings and the rafting experience was excellent and professionally run (to experience the full length children must be 11 + whilst those age 6 + can join in towards the end!). Do anticipate basic accommodation with fans, although the noise of the river sounds like a large airconditioning unit! Mossie nets had some... More

I went to Boderlands for white water rafting and I have to say, it was amazing! The guides we had, Kandy and Sumudu were excellent! They were well trained and knew everything about the sport, you don't feel nervous because they are experts who've got your back. Rafting was a great experience, we were assured of the safety procedures and... More
