Took a drive from Johor Bahru and reached the farm after about 2 1/2 hours. However, it was rather disappointing when the farm appeared dilapidated and abandoned. No one was inside and the entrance at the gate was closed.

Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the water. Very expensive, we payed 1500 rm for 2 nights. No airco, cold water, no towels. The food was basic, no fresh fruit on the two days. We didn't had the eco feeling. Also a lot of people, we were looking forward to a quit holiday but this wasn't what we expected. Very beautifully environment, peaceful, beautiful view, friendly people. One night and half a price and we would have been very happy.

Despite my 3 star rating, I must say I enjoyed my stay. But it is very rustic and outback. If you had been living in the city all your life and never really appreciated catching spiders or playing in mud, this is not for you. The serenity of being away from the hustle and bustle of city life is just very enjoyable. Meals were home style and portions were generous. There were guided tours (we pre booked our stay) but they were very free and easy. Once evevryone is ready we just go. Otherwise we are free to roam the farm. But the farm is surrounded by forests so we were fore warned about the dangers. Paths to the chalets were well lit. Hot water for showers were available but not in every chalets. For ours, we had cold water shower in our chalet but we could walk out (10steps away) to the common outdoor toilets for hot shower. Beds with mattresses and covers were available. But they also provided extra mattresses. Bringing a sleeping bag might alleviate your worries about bugs. Thunderstorms will make it hard for you to go back to your rooms. So you might wana bring along your ponchos. All activities are chargeable. So bring extra cash. They do not accept cards. I like this place cos it's very non-commercial. No hardselling of fresh produce.

A safe place for teenagers ( best for aged 10-17) to enjoy the water and obstacle activities for 2-3 days . We adults also join in the fun . Great for short break if you don't mind get dirty n back to nature. Owner mr & Mrs tam are very friendly . The river tubing is not advisable especially after rain, water level is high n post danger to younger kids.

First of all because we didn't prebook the tickets and ended up paying RM100 for the entrance fee. Worst thing is no tour guide allocated for us and we ended up walking around ourselves.Every game listed included the raft have to pay seperately per person. You reached the eco farm at 1230pm and we were told at 330pm the brunch will be served. On less than an hour we had visited all their sections. Most facilities are in poor conditions and not suitable for walk in visitors like us. If you would like to see more animals better option go to Zoo Negara.Kahang eco farm merely accommodate duckling, goats and chicks...poor mini scale zoo😕😕 Conclusion stay away from this place. Our money deserved better place to visit.
